About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own daily operations across stores including readiness and order fulfillment SLAs
Coordinate stock runs, SKU availability, and escalations across stores
Manage ground-level relationships with local suppliers, and distributors
Own distribution of vendor partner assets and rider-facing assets
Supervise store agents and Inventory Associates across SOP adherence, performance gaps, and coordination
Lead new store setup and expansion execution to ensure go-live readiness
Track daily metrics (order volume, OOS, SLA breaches) and escalate key flags

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 - 5 years in operations, logistics, supply chain, or field execution
Experience managing vendors or suppliers on the ground
Comfortable with data - Google Sheets, dashboards
Strong follow-through; you close loops and hold people accountable
Lagos-based and available for field work
A great attitude, willingness to learn, and resilience to keep going when things get tough.
