About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own daily operations across stores including readiness and order fulfillment SLAs
- Coordinate stock runs, SKU availability, and escalations across stores
- Manage ground-level relationships with local suppliers, and distributors
- Own distribution of vendor partner assets and rider-facing assets
- Supervise store agents and Inventory Associates across SOP adherence, performance gaps, and coordination
- Lead new store setup and expansion execution to ensure go-live readiness
- Track daily metrics (order volume, OOS, SLA breaches) and escalate key flags
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 - 5 years in operations, logistics, supply chain, or field execution
- Experience managing vendors or suppliers on the ground
- Comfortable with data - Google Sheets, dashboards
- Strong follow-through; you close loops and hold people accountable
- Lagos-based and available for field work
- A great attitude, willingness to learn, and resilience to keep going when things get tough.
