About the role
- Develop campaign concepts from insight to execution
- Own content strategy end-to-end for campaigns and marketing-related initiatives
- Translate business objectives (growth, order frequency, vendor & rider performance) into marketing strategy
- Work closely with performance marketing on channel strategy
- Build go-to-market plans for major campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize future direction
- Identify cultural moments we can own
Requirements
- 2+ years in marketing strategy and brand strategy
- Strong storytelling ability geared towards improving business outcomes
- You are comfortable working with performance metrics
- Deep understanding of Nigerian & African consumer behavior
- Experience working in high-growth environments
- Familiarity with CRM and lifecycle marketing (bonus)
