About the role

  • About Us: Chorus is a creator-led 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping content creators expand their reach and educate their audiences about news and public policy issues that impact their lives; www.wearechorus.com
  • Position: Program Director overseeing planning and execution of Chorus programming for a small, all-hands team
  • Strategic Planning: Assist with planning and strategy development including budget, curriculum, and analytics program development
  • Goal Setting & Measurement: Measure progress toward goals, flag opportunities for improvement, propose solutions
  • Team Alignment: Facilitate weekly meetings to ensure alignment across the senior team
  • Creator Recruitment: Manage discovery, recruitment, and application process for learning cohorts
  • Program Management: Oversee partnerships and rapid response communications, technical support, and analytics for creators
  • Partnership Management: Manage relationships with external training and briefing partners
  • Compensation: Contract position paid $12,500 - $17,000 per month depending on experience
  • Location: Fully remote team; all team members must be located within the continental United States and reachable 10am ET–6pm ET

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail; ability to work well with Google Sheets; review work twice
