• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and month-end close.
• Manage adtech-specific revenue processes, ensuring accuracy in campaign spend, vendor reconciliations, and client billing.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles, producing accurate and timely financial statements.
• Prepare and analyze financial results to identify trends, optimize spend, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls, compliance protocols, and risk management strategies aligned with GAAP and audit requirements.
• Manage payroll processing, tax filings, and reconciliations in coordination with HR and external partners.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally with Sales and Client Success to align billing and revenue processes with Choozle’s omnichannel business model.
