Accounts Receivable

• Manage the full-cycle billing process for our diverse client base, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and reflective of their media spend.
• Oversee the collection of outstanding receivables with a high degree of professionalism, maintaining the "Balance" and "Service" that Choozle is known for.
• Partner with the Sales and Client Experience teams to investigate and resolve billing hurdles, credit memos, and payment variances.
• Verify and post incoming receipts (Credit Card, ACH, Wire) to the correct accounts, maintaining a pristine sub-ledger.
• Identify opportunities to automate or simplify our AR workflows, contributing to our "Growth" value by building better systems for the future.
