About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Learner, Accounts Payable, you will support the day-to-day accounting operations of our growing organization, with a focus on accounts payable.
In this role, you will assist with corporate credit card coding, employee expense reimbursement processing, and Accounts Payable invoice entry; ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and budget coding.
You will also assist with maintaining the accounting inbox, while contributing to process improvement initiatives and month-end close activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Junior standing while currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or recently graduated.
Conceptual understanding of GAAP principles.
Comfortable working with numbers and data in Excel.
Interested in the CPG industry, with a focus on transactional data and accounting.
Able to work both independently and in a team-setting, with good communication skills.
Organized and reliable, you can manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines.
Curious, detail oriented, and not afraid to ask questions or dig deeper to understand the “why.”
