About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Learner, Accounts Payable, you will support the day-to-day accounting operations of our growing organization, with a focus on accounts payable.
  • In this role, you will assist with corporate credit card coding, employee expense reimbursement processing, and Accounts Payable invoice entry; ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and budget coding.
  • You will also assist with maintaining the accounting inbox, while contributing to process improvement initiatives and month-end close activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least a Junior standing while currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or recently graduated.
  • Conceptual understanding of GAAP principles.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data in Excel.
  • Interested in the CPG industry, with a focus on transactional data and accounting.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team-setting, with good communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable, you can manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines.
  • Curious, detail oriented, and not afraid to ask questions or dig deeper to understand the “why.”
