About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the day-to-day accounting operations of our growing organization, with a focus on accounts receivable, revenue, and trade spend.
- Manage invoicing for wholesale and e-commerce customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer pricing and discount agreements.
- Handle payment processing, credit memo entries, and timely cash application.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and month-end close activities.
- Learn how to analyze key revenue & trade spend metrics, interpret variances, and provide data-driven insights that help business leaders understand performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least a Junior standing while currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or recently graduated.
- Conceptual understanding of GAAP principles.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data in Excel.
- Interested in the CPG industry, with a focus on revenue & trade accounting.
- Able to work both independently and in a team-setting, with good communication skills.
- Organized and reliable, you can manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines.
- Curious, detail‑oriented, and not afraid to ask questions or dig deeper to understand the “why.”
