About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the day-to-day accounting operations of our growing organization, with a focus on accounts receivable, revenue, and trade spend.
Manage invoicing for wholesale and e-commerce customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer pricing and discount agreements.
Handle payment processing, credit memo entries, and timely cash application.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and month-end close activities.
Learn how to analyze key revenue & trade spend metrics, interpret variances, and provide data-driven insights that help business leaders understand performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least a Junior standing while currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or recently graduated.
Conceptual understanding of GAAP principles.
Comfortable working with numbers and data in Excel.
Interested in the CPG industry, with a focus on revenue & trade accounting.
Able to work both independently and in a team-setting, with good communication skills.
Organized and reliable, you can manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines.
Curious, detail‑oriented, and not afraid to ask questions or dig deeper to understand the “why.”
