Manage item catalogue, eComm assortment strategy, and Retail Link site admin
Analyze consumption & distributor data
Collaborate with Business Analytics Team on forecast
Partner with marketing teams on Walmart Connect opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry
At least 3 years of experience working with Walmart
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and relationship building skills
Very strong team player
Able to define clear work flows & next steps to achieve team’s KPIs
High EQ with flexibility in communication and collaboration style
Experience in a start-up environment preferred
Experience in sales planning, trade management and forecasting
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Self-sufficient and highly detailed
Passion for natural and organic products
Ability to travel for trade shows, sales calls, and meetings - approximately 25% - 35% of time
Bachelor's degree
Data-driven with analytical skills; hands-on experience with SPINS, Nielsen, Numerator, and Walmart’s Scintilla Charter
Experience with Walmart’s Retail Link portal
