Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and grow the Walmart business
  • Direct accountability for revenue targets and distribution growth
  • Manage item catalogue, eComm assortment strategy, and Retail Link site admin
  • Analyze consumption & distributor data

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry
  • At least 3 years of experience working with Walmart
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and relationship building skills
  • Very strong team player
  • Able to define clear work flows & next steps to achieve team’s KPIs
  • High EQ with flexibility in communication and collaboration style
  • Experience in a start-up environment preferred
  • Experience in sales planning, trade management and forecasting
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
  • Self-sufficient and highly detailed
  • Passion for natural and organic products
  • Ability to travel for trade shows, sales calls, and meetings - approximately 25% - 35% of time
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Data-driven with analytical skills; hands-on experience with SPINS, Nielsen, Numerator, and Walmart’s Scintilla Charter
  • Experience with Walmart’s Retail Link portal
