About the role

Lead the planning, execution, and adoption of strategic digital transformation initiatives
Serve as a central point of intake for digital transformation requests from all functions across the organization
Collaborate closely with partners to scope, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive efficiency
Maintain detailed project documentation, risk logs, and status reports for leadership visibility
Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement frameworks
Design and deliver training programs for AI tools, new systems, and digital workflows tailored to user roles and needs
Partner with IT and external vendors to oversee system integrations, tool deployments, and platform upgrades
Define KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; PMP, Agile, or Prosci certification preferred.
5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within digital transformation or enterprise systems.
Strong understanding of change management principles and training design.
Experience with AI tools, SaaS platforms, and process automation technologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
