About the role
- Lead the planning, execution, and adoption of strategic digital transformation initiatives
- Serve as a central point of intake for digital transformation requests from all functions across the organization
- Collaborate closely with partners to scope, prioritize, and execute initiatives that drive efficiency
- Maintain detailed project documentation, risk logs, and status reports for leadership visibility
- Develop and execute change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement frameworks
- Design and deliver training programs for AI tools, new systems, and digital workflows tailored to user roles and needs
- Partner with IT and external vendors to oversee system integrations, tool deployments, and platform upgrades
- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure adoption, efficiency gains, and business impact
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; PMP, Agile, or Prosci certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within digital transformation or enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and training design.
- Experience with AI tools, SaaS platforms, and process automation technologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
