About the role
- Develop integrated marketing communications strategies that translate brand priorities into cohesive campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Serve as the central connector across marketing teams including Brand Marketing, Digital Advertising, PR, Partnerships, Social and Influencer, E-commerce, and Creative
- Partner with brand and creative teams to ensure campaign messaging is consistent across channels while optimized for platform-specific execution
- Help establish and manage integrated marketing planning processes including campaign kickoffs, marketing calendars, and cross-functional timelines
- Coordinate across agency partners including media, PR, influencer, and creative agencies to ensure aligned planning, messaging, and campaign execution
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand communications, or marketing strategy roles
- Experience working across multiple marketing disciplines including brand marketing, paid media, PR, social, influencer, partnerships, and creative
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate brand strategy into actionable communications plans
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating complex campaigns across multiple teams
- Experience working with and managing external agency partners
- Familiarity with paid media planning and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Bachelor's degree required
