About the role

  • Support the strategy and development of brand programs to achieve business and brand targets
  • Oversee the execution of brand initiatives and coordinate cross-functional deliverables
  • Act as brand steward, ensuring consistency across all consumer and trade touchpoints
  • Monitor category, market, and consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Support budget planning and ongoing program budget tracking
  • Partner with broader brand team and operations team to support innovation strategy
  • Support concept development through consumer insights, category research and trend identification
  • Help manage go-to-market planning for innovation launches
  • Analyze post-launch performance and contribute to optimization recommendations
  • Adapt to evolving organizational needs and take on new responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in CPG industry
  • Direct experience in innovation, product development, new product launches or commercialization strongly preferred
  • Result oriented. Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving abilities; Comfortable with ambiguity
  • Passion for category trends, consumer behavior and uncovering insights that spark big ideas
  • Exceptional communication, project management and collaboration skills
  • Strong ownership mentality with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
