About the role

Support monthly forecasting and reporting, including variance analysis that helps explain what drove performance.
Assist with month-end close tasks, helping ensure numbers are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
Dig into financial data to help clean, organize, and validate information that powers core reporting and analysis.
Build and update financial models or dashboards used by the team and business leaders to make informed decisions.
Collaborate with teams across the business (Ops, Marketing, Accounting, etc.) to gather inputs, spot inconsistencies, and improve how data flows between systems.
Identify process improvements and share ideas that make financial workflows faster, clearer, or more automated.
Contribute to budgeting and planning cycles.
Run ad-hoc analysis to answer real business questions—everything from cost trends to margin insights to project-level performance.

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in understanding how finance drives real business decisions.
Comfortable working with numbers and data in Excel.
Curious, detail-oriented, and not afraid to ask questions or dig deeper to understand the “why.”
Able to work both independently and in a team setting, with good communication skills.
Organized and reliable—you can manage multiple tasks and stay on top of deadlines.
Excited to learn financial modeling, reporting, and how an FP&A team operates inside a growing company.
No prior finance experience required—just a great attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
