Coordinating internal trouble tickets with engineers while maintaining open and timely communications with both the end user and technical team as they seek resolutions for complex issues.
Act as a liaison between Help Desk and System Engineers;
Answering Help Desk calls;
Responding to ATHD-AESMP tickets
Processing Training Request;
Perform Monthly and ADHOC report formatting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 years Help Desk experience or similar customer service area.
Help Desk Institute (HDI) Customer Service Representative (preferred).
Windows 11 experience.
Experience with MS Office products (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Ability to obtain COMPTIA Security+ CE certification within 6 months of start date.
Secret clearance is preferred but must be US Citizen and ability to obtain T1 Investigation .
