Key responsibilities & impact

The Sr. Analyst Pricing Strategy Reporting is responsible for designing and generating regular reports for various stakeholders.
This role involves ensuring data accuracy, developing dashboards and visualizations, and providing ad-hoc reporting support.
Provide key insights related to the data that tells the story behind the numbers.
Anticipate the needs of the organization and develop sustainable and efficient reports to meet those needs.
Own Revenue Management Tableau server information and monitor performance to raise insights proactively to drive action.
Lead weekly/monthly reporting and planning meetings to share insights and provide action items.
Develop tracking for initiatives, communicate priorities, and report on progress.
Seek opportunities to drive efficiencies in existing processes by streamlining processes and leveraging automation tools.
Be the lead resource for data information on the team and field questions from management and investor relations as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of relevant experience in an analytics role with specific focus on reporting data.
Proficiency in Excel, BI Reporting (Tableau), SQL, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
Experience using AI tools (Chat GPT, Copilot)
Previous hospitality pricing or analytics experience a plus
Knowledge of hospitality industry reporting (CoStar, Amadeus, Kalibri)
Bachelors degree in computer science, business, economics or other related field required.
