About the role
- Utilize in-house technology and prospecting subscriptions to identify viable prospects for franchise development opportunities
- Conduct scripted cold calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and interest in franchising with Choice Hotels
- Score and prioritize leads for the Sales team; maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including notes and call history
- Ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to Regional Vice Presidents, providing detailed notes and client insights to improve conversion success
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
- Technical proficiency with online databases and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Understanding of the sales process and ability to think analytically about lead prioritization
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, listening), time management, and organizational abilities
- Demonstrates persistence and resiliency in prospecting activities
