About the role

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and operational consultant for Everhome Suites franchisees
  • Drive performance across revenue, occupancy, and guest experience metrics
  • Conduct property visits and deliver consultations aligned with Everhome Suites standards
  • Lead performance across revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR Index, Extended Stay Occupancy, and ALOS
  • Partner with Revenue Management, Distribution, and Sales teams to enhance long-stay business
  • Improve guest satisfaction by analyzing insights and eliminating key drivers of service failures
  • Deliver high-impact consultations using data-driven analysis and brand-specific practices
  • Maintain proactive communication with franchisees and document consultation outcomes
  • Support extended stay franchise sales initiatives and represent Everhome Suites at industry events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 15+ years of hotel operations experience, with strong preference for extended stay, midscale, and select-service hotels
  • 10+ years of hotel leadership or multi-unit oversight, ideally in a franchise environment
  • Deep knowledge of extended stay operating models, including occupancy management, labor efficiency, and cost discipline
  • Proven ability to influence performance through consulting and coaching
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and profitability optimization
  • Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and performance management platforms
