About the role
- Serve as a strategic advisor and operational consultant for Everhome Suites franchisees
- Drive performance across revenue, occupancy, and guest experience metrics
- Conduct property visits and deliver consultations aligned with Everhome Suites standards
- Lead performance across revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR Index, Extended Stay Occupancy, and ALOS
- Partner with Revenue Management, Distribution, and Sales teams to enhance long-stay business
- Improve guest satisfaction by analyzing insights and eliminating key drivers of service failures
- Deliver high-impact consultations using data-driven analysis and brand-specific practices
- Maintain proactive communication with franchisees and document consultation outcomes
- Support extended stay franchise sales initiatives and represent Everhome Suites at industry events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 15+ years of hotel operations experience, with strong preference for extended stay, midscale, and select-service hotels
- 10+ years of hotel leadership or multi-unit oversight, ideally in a franchise environment
- Deep knowledge of extended stay operating models, including occupancy management, labor efficiency, and cost discipline
- Proven ability to influence performance through consulting and coaching
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and profitability optimization
- Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and performance management platforms
