About the role

  • Design, install, and maintain all Learning and Development systems.
  • Research issues related to the learning and development systems reported.
  • Monitor the configuration of all L&D digital platforms.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal and external LMS contributors and partners.
  • Identify and update processes for eLearning content.
  • Train departmental associates to use LMS and L&D learning technologies platforms.
  • Develop protocols for online courses.
  • Create learning content publication standards.
  • Develop standardized tools and reporting for ongoing access to learning information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Technology, Business, Management or 4 years related field or equivalent directly related experience.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze information and make data driven decisions
  • Effective Communicator, both verbal and written
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and Acrobat Pro
  • Two (2) years’ experience with a learning management system
