About the role
- Design, install, and maintain all Learning and Development systems.
- Research issues related to the learning and development systems reported.
- Monitor the configuration of all L&D digital platforms.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors.
- Collaborate with internal and external LMS contributors and partners.
- Identify and update processes for eLearning content.
- Train departmental associates to use LMS and L&D learning technologies platforms.
- Develop protocols for online courses.
- Create learning content publication standards.
- Develop standardized tools and reporting for ongoing access to learning information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Technology, Business, Management or 4 years related field or equivalent directly related experience.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze information and make data driven decisions
- Effective Communicator, both verbal and written
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and Acrobat Pro
- Two (2) years’ experience with a learning management system
