About the role
- Lead the delivery of key HR projects including planning, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and scope adherence.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with HR leadership and other stakeholders.
- Build roadmaps, define milestones, deliver tactics and measure success through qualitative and quantitative indicators.
- Develop project plans and oversee day-to-day project activities to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Research, evaluate, and analyze HR business needs and processes and provide strategic recommendations.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for successful implementation.
- Proactively manage project escalations and provide recommendations as necessary.
- Apply project methodology and enforce project standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience or four (4) years related experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to respond under tight deadlines and prioritize deliverables while maintaining quality of work.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills.
- Three (3) years of experience in HR and project management, change management or related field.
