About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary, face-to-face representative of La Colombe while engaging with clients
  • Act as the liaison between the corporate office, client services, and clients
  • Maintain accurate records in SalesLogix and MAS systems
  • Execute work orders, manage machine agreements, and address service tickets promptly
  • Conduct bench testing of new equipment upon delivery
  • Refurbish used coffee equipment to extend its lifespan
  • Oversee the removal and replacement of equipment as needed
  • Coordinate parts ordering and logistics
  • Maintain a well-stocked van with inventory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1 year of experience in installing, servicing, and maintaining large industrial appliances; experience with coffee machines is a plus
  • Ability to follow service call and installation procedures provided by management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
