Develop and execute La Colombe’s go-to-market strategy for customers, focusing on achieving volume and revenue goals.
Collaborate with KDP National Account teams to build JBP’s that drive results at assigned customers.
Work with both internal teams and external partners (including KDP) to create and implement short- and long-term joint business plans for assigned accounts.
Monitor account performance closely, address gaps in execution, and develop innovative solutions to resolve customer voids.
Partner with the La Colombe execution team, DSD+ team, and KDP to drive execution and service excellence.
Serve as a brand ambassador and expert, representing La Colombe effectively.
Build and nurture relationships with RTD merchants, understanding their business needs and strategies.
Act as a proactive advocate for your customers within the organization.
Develop compelling sales materials to support the LC execution and DSD+ team with impactful information.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of assigned customers organizational structure, business operations, and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years consumer packaged goods experience including Sales and/or Category Management
Customer experience required
Strong and proven leadership skills
Negotiation skills and ability to influence
Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional leadership
Highly customer focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
Proficient with reporting systems such as IRI and Nielsen
Proficient in Microsoft Office
