About the role

  • Develop and execute La Colombe’s go-to-market strategy for customers, focusing on achieving volume and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with KDP National Account teams to build JBP’s that drive results at assigned customers.
  • Work with both internal teams and external partners (including KDP) to create and implement short- and long-term joint business plans for assigned accounts.
  • Monitor account performance closely, address gaps in execution, and develop innovative solutions to resolve customer voids.
  • Partner with the La Colombe execution team, DSD+ team, and KDP to drive execution and service excellence.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and expert, representing La Colombe effectively.
  • Build and nurture relationships with RTD merchants, understanding their business needs and strategies.
  • Act as a proactive advocate for your customers within the organization.
  • Develop compelling sales materials to support the LC execution and DSD+ team with impactful information.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of assigned customers organizational structure, business operations, and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years consumer packaged goods experience including Sales and/or Category Management
  • Customer experience required
  • Strong and proven leadership skills
  • Negotiation skills and ability to influence
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional leadership
  • Highly customer focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
  • Proficient with reporting systems such as IRI and Nielsen
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 25% travel required
