About the role
- Develop and execute La Colombe’s go-to-market strategy for customers, focusing on achieving volume and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with KDP National Account teams to build JBP’s that drive results at assigned customers.
- Work with both internal teams and external partners (including KDP) to create and implement short- and long-term joint business plans for assigned accounts.
- Monitor account performance closely, address gaps in execution, and develop innovative solutions to resolve customer voids.
- Partner with the La Colombe execution team, DSD+ team, and KDP to drive execution and service excellence.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and expert, representing La Colombe effectively.
- Build and nurture relationships with RTD merchants, understanding their business needs and strategies.
- Act as a proactive advocate for your customers within the organization.
- Develop compelling sales materials to support the LC execution and DSD+ team with impactful information.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of assigned customers organizational structure, business operations, and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years consumer packaged goods experience including Sales and/or Category Management
- Customer experience required
- Strong and proven leadership skills
- Negotiation skills and ability to influence
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional leadership
- Highly customer focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
- Proficient with reporting systems such as IRI and Nielsen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 25% travel required
