About the role
- Provide excellent IT support to employees
- Fulfill requests and troubleshoot intermediate issues both remotely and onsite
- Provide guidance to employees in a user-friendly, professional manner
- Resolve and address issues related to windows PC’s, security authentication
- Document work performed in JIRA system using a prescriptive and detailed KCS methodology
- Make recommendations to improve current troubleshooting approaches and request processes
- Proactively identify and escalate issues based on observed trends
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 0-2 years of related IT/tech systems experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team focus, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks conforming to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Must display a passion for the Chobani brand
- Must possess a strong work ethic, and be an enthusiastic team player
