About the role

  • Maintain, update, and improve the CCK WordPress website, including content updates, bug fixes, and performance enhancements
  • Implement site revisions, enhancements, and UX/UI improvements in partnership with the Marketing team
  • Manage CMS content publishing and ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper placement
  • Monitor and troubleshoot website functionality issues (forms, display, integrations, etc.)
  • Support website migrations, updates, and plugin management as needed
  • Maintain and renew domain registrations
  • Implement SEO best practices and recommendations, including on-page optimization and technical SEO updates
  • Monitor SEO performance and SERP rankings using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush
  • Work with third-party SEO consultants to implement and maintain SEO strategies
  • Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion performance
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing initiatives
  • Support execution and tracking of digital marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., email, paid search, landing pages)
  • Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with vendors and consultants to ensure proper website and tool integrations
  • Stay current on web development best practices, emerging technologies, and usability standards

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in web development, website management, or a closely related role
  • Hands-on experience managing and maintaining WordPress websites (including WP Engine environments)
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (WordPress context)
  • Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React or Svelte)
  • Experience implementing SEO/SEM best practices from a web and technical perspective
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console) to support reporting and optimization
  • Experience using Excel (or similar tools) to manage and analyze large data sets, such as incoming leads by campaign, usage metrics, and performance tracking
  • Demonstrated experience optimizing landing pages, user flows, and conversion paths to improve performance and usability
  • Hands-on experience running or supporting A/B and multivariate testing, including implementing test variations and evaluating results
  • Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns from a technical or web implementation standpoint
  • Experience troubleshooting website issues including forms, integrations, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Familiarity with third-party APIs and marketing technology integrations
  • Experience launching or migrating WordPress websites
  • Experience working with SEO tools such as SEMrush
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally in a remote environment.
