About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Creatively source, screen, and provide selection guidance for Restaurant Leadership and field leadership roles, ensuring strong candidate quality and alignment with regional talent needs
- Facilitate the internal interview process for regional leadership roles, ensuring consistent, efficient, and compliant candidate experience.
- Support the pre and onboarding process for external hires, including compliance processes and employment contracts
- Analyze regional hiring trends through regular reporting and partner with senior field leadership to inform and support regional recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities
- Develop regional recruitment strategies with senior field leadership by identifying hiring trends through regular reporting while partnering with restaurant leadership to drive strategic priorities
- Provide coaching to leaders and champion best practices in staffing, interviewing, and candidate experience
- Act as escalation point to support staffing for Restaurant Crew positions in difficult to staff markets
- Serve as a brand and employee advocate, supporting initiatives that strengthen hiring effectiveness and team quality
- Partner with HRBPs, support functions, and Centers of Excellence to execute market-specific recruitment strategies that address current and future talent needs
- Support the rollout and execution of recruiting initiatives and processes within your region
- Engage in critical talent discussions to deepen business understanding and support effective succession planning
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for recruitment systems, including Paradox and Workday
- Manage requisitions for Restaurant Leadership and field leadership roles on behalf of all hiring managers
- Assist in People Experience projects, initiatives, and administrative support as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in high volume recruiting or a related field; experience supporting multi-unit restaurant or retail environments is strongly preferred
- Proven experience interviewing and identifying restaurant leadership talent, and supporting best practices in recruiting and candidate selection
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Workday, preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with business leaders and cross-functional partners
- Results-oriented approach, with the ability to manage and execute both short- and long-term recruiting priorities using sound judgment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently to identify gaps and apply practical solutions in ambiguous situations
- Demonstrated ability to support change initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams to meet evolving business needs.
