Lead projects from conceptual design through final commissioning and closeout.
Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and performance requirements.
Develop project execution plans, schedules, and cost forecasts.
Manage design reviews, constructability reviews, and risk mitigation.
Direct technical teams across engineering, controls, cybersecurity, and commissioning.
Oversee design integration of complex MEP and BAS/DDC systems.
Ensure compliance with UFC, EM-385, NFPA, ASHRAE, and client standards.
Review and approve submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and sequences of operation.
Manage commissioning, testing, and system turnover documentation.
Manage trade partners and specialty subcontractors.
Track and review subcontractor deliverables.
Monitor construction progress against schedule and budget.
Resolve field conflicts and negotiate win-win solutions.
Manage project budgets, change orders, and earned value.
Support proposal development and cost estimating for new work.
Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
Present project updates to executive stakeholders.
Cultivate follow-on business opportunities.
Support major proposal efforts and technical narratives.

Requirements

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 8 years of directly relevant experience.
A High School Diploma and 13 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Requires at least 4 years of experience managing people.
Requires sound technical knowledge and knowledge of industry best practices for complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Controls systems in commercial / federal applications.
Proficiency of business tools and databases is required.
Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project, PowerPoint).
Requires a Valid State Issued Driver's License and the ability to travel to various work sites.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain up to a Top Secret clearance due to our customer requirements and the nature of the work that we do.
