About the role

  • Operational oversight of the Peru and Argentina markets
  • Responsible for orchestrating the End-to-End (E2E) logistics flow—from product reception at the hub to final mile delivery
  • Supervise and audit daily operations at our LSPs (DINET in Peru and Dodero in Argentina)
  • Monitor and drive improvements in key performance indicators: OTD, CFR, and OTIF
  • Lead the planning and execution of Value Added Services (VAS)

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain within the FMCG industry
  • Proven ability to manage third-party logistics providers and collaborate with remote commercial teams
  • Advanced user of SAP and Power BI (ability to interpret data and contribute to the evolution of automated dashboards)
  • Ideally fluency in both English and Spanish
  • A continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical skills and a high degree of "ownership" over the E2E process
