About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operational oversight of the Peru and Argentina markets
Responsible for orchestrating the End-to-End (E2E) logistics flow—from product reception at the hub to final mile delivery
Supervise and audit daily operations at our LSPs (DINET in Peru and Dodero in Argentina)
Monitor and drive improvements in key performance indicators: OTD, CFR, and OTIF
Lead the planning and execution of Value Added Services (VAS)

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain within the FMCG industry
Proven ability to manage third-party logistics providers and collaborate with remote commercial teams
Advanced user of SAP and Power BI (ability to interpret data and contribute to the evolution of automated dashboards)
Ideally fluency in both English and Spanish
A continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical skills and a high degree of "ownership" over the E2E process
