About the role
- Drive, shape, and deliver the Tequila CS&L strategy and continuous improvement agenda across logistics operations
- Ensure adherence to global CS&L standards and drive operational efficiencies
- Deliver demonstrable year-on-year improvement in CSL Tequila performance metrics
- Lead customer collaboration initiatives to enhance supply chain strategies
- Build organizational capabilities through people development and a high-performance culture
- Ensure compliance with CARM and OPEX standards across logistics operations
- Provide strategic guidance on SAP, data excellence, and governance
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ supply chain experience
- Significant experience in process improvement in CPG companies involving multiple sites
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working in logistics including warehouse and transport in LAC, preferably with international exposure
- Degree or equivalent experience in operations or a supply chain related subject
- Highly analytical with a strong ability to present information for decision-making
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain
- Experience in delivering operational savings in a sophisticated environment
- Knowledge of network modelling
