About the role

  • Ability to identify, source and qualify new prospects for potential sales opportunities
  • Ability to close new business
  • Successfully bring new products and services to market
  • Quickly develop or be equipped with a solid understanding of the healthcare and healthcare technology space and the key market drivers
  • Thorough understanding of B2B digital marketing strategies including content marketing, lead generation, account-based marketing, retargeting, social media, and custom content development
  • Effectively articulate the value that CHime’s media, marketing, and research solutions bring to the market
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the Strategic Solutions team
  • Develop and evolve a sales plan to achieve revenue goals
  • Develop and execute new revenue opportunities to further advance the financial success of Digital Health Insights and Digital Health Analytics
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and diligently update all sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the HubSpot CRM system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proven track record of successfully building and growing a book of business
  • Successful history of hitting and exceeding monthly/quarterly and yearly quota
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, with a focus on digital marketing solutions, lead generation programs, podcasts, custom content, and/or research solutions
  • Knowledge of healthcare market industry a plus
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships, understand objectives and recommend optimal strategies
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) including spreadsheets, pitch decks, and presentations
  • Experience in HubSpot CRM system is preferred
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while working independently
  • Ability to anticipate needs, innovate, and flourish in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience selling marketing solutions in B2B sales environment
