About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead client onboarding and align paid media strategies with business objectives
  • Develop detailed media plans covering target audiences, budgets, channels, and KPIs
  • Launch and manage campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Design and run A/B tests (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages)
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI/ROAS
  • Produce clear, data-driven performance reports with actionable insights
  • Manage campaign workflows and performance tracking in our CRM (SENTR)
  • Execute campaigns in both Spanish and English with culturally relevant messaging
  • Own ROI and ROAS reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years managing paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven track record driving measurable ROI/ROAS
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Experience with TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic channels
  • Solid understanding of the full campaign lifecycle
  • Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests
  • Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency (SENTR is a plus)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
