About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the overall performance and health of your client portfolio.
  • Be responsible for retention, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities.
  • Identify risks early and take proactive action to prevent churn.
  • Partner with Sales and Leadership on renewals, scope changes, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure the portfolio grows sustainably without compromising delivery quality or margins.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for all client communication.
  • Lead monthly reviews, strategic calls, quarterly planning, and performance deep dives.
  • Manage difficult conversations, expectations, feedback, and escalations with confidence.
  • Translate business objectives into clear strategies and execution plans.
  • Represent Chili as a senior strategic partner rather than a vendor.
  • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, KPI tracking, and development planning.
  • Ensure team members understand priorities, standards, and expectations.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training, certifications, and coaching plans.
  • Own all timelines, milestones, and quality standards for your portfolio.
  • Ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time, on scope, and meet Chili quality standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years in a senior Account Manager, Client Partner, or Client Services role (agency experience required).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Paid Media (Google, Meta), CRO, and funnel strategy.
  • Proven experience managing client portfolios with revenue responsibility.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience (conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and development plans).
  • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp preferred; Asana, Monday, Trello acceptable).
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in upselling, cross-selling, and value-based positioning.
  • Advanced English (mandatory) — daily communication with international clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Comfortable multitasking and making decisions in a fast-moving environment.
