About the role

  • Own and optimize omnichannel performance campaigns from strategy to reporting.
  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle — from client onboarding and media planning to execution, A/B testing, optimization, and ROI reporting.
  • Lead client onboarding and align paid media strategies with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed media plans including audiences, budgets, channels, and KPIs.
  • Launch and manage campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Design and execute A/B tests (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages).
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI/ROAS.
  • Deliver clear, data-backed performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Own ROI and ROAS reporting and translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
  • Apply insights from experimentation to continuously improve results.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven track record driving measurable ROI/ROAS.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Experience with TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic channels.
  • Solid understanding of full campaign lifecycle management.
  • Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
  • Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency (ClickUp is a plus).
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Proactive, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
