About the role
- Lead client onboarding and align paid media strategies with business objectives
- Develop detailed media plans including target audiences, budgets, channels, and KPIs
- Launch and manage campaigns across multiple platforms
- Design and execute A/B tests (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages)
- Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI/ROAS
- Deliver clear, data-backed performance reports with actionable insights
- Manage campaign workflows and performance tracking in our CRM (SENTR)
- Ensure structured task management and timely client communication
- Execute campaigns in both Spanish and English with culturally relevant messaging
- Translate performance data into strategic recommendations
Requirements
- 3+ years managing paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred)
- Proven track record driving measurable ROI/ROAS
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience with TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic channels
- Solid understanding of full campaign lifecycle management
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests
- Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency (ClickUp is a plus)
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Proactive, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
