About the role
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the USA
- Build and manage a strong commercial pipeline aligned with revenue targets
- Develop relationships with CMOs, Marketing Directors, and business leaders
- Position Chili as a strategic performance partner, not just a media provider
- Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable, long-term agreements
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the USA
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance marketing opportunities
- Contribute to defining pricing models and commercial strategy
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing sales, business development, or commercial leadership roles
- Proven track record of closing high-value B2B service deals
- Strong understanding of performance marketing (Paid Media, SEO, CRO, ROI/ROAS models)
- Experience working with marketing decision-makers and C-level stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a business unit
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
