About the role
- Manage and optimize omnichannel performance campaigns.
- Ensure clear demonstration of ROI/ROAS.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals.
- Develop media plans that define target audiences, budgets, channels.
- Launch and manage campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Plan and execute A/B tests.
- Continuously monitor performance and generate comprehensive reports.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of driving performance campaigns with clear ROI/ROAS outcomes.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, with working experience on TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic channels.
- Experience managing the complete campaign lifecycle—from client onboarding and media planning to execution, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
- Demonstrated success in setting up and interpreting A/B tests to improve performance.
- Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems, specifically SENTR.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and reporting skills in both languages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a proactive and collaborative approach.
