About the role

  • Manage and optimize omnichannel performance campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of driving performance campaigns with clear ROI/ROAS outcomes.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, with working experience on TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic channels.
  • Experience managing the complete campaign lifecycle—from client onboarding and media planning to execution, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated success in setting up and interpreting A/B tests to improve performance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems, specifically SENTR.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and reporting skills in both languages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a proactive and collaborative approach.
