About the role
- Manage and optimize omnichannel performance campaigns.
- Oversee the complete campaign lifecycle from client onboarding and media planning to execution, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with clients to coordinate paid media strategies and ensure alignment with their business goals.
- Develop detailed media plans and execute campaigns across multi-platforms, ensuring optimal performance.
- Continuously monitor performance and implement learnings from A/B tests to optimize results.
- Utilize CRM to manage campaign tasks and client communications efficiently.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of driving performance campaigns with clear ROI/ROAS outcomes.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, with working experience on TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic channels.
- Experience managing the complete campaign lifecycle—from client onboarding and media planning to execution, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
- Demonstrated success in setting up and interpreting A/B tests to improve performance.
- Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems, specifically SENTR.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and reporting skills in both languages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a proactive and collaborative approach.
