About the role

  • Create impactful visual designs for paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels
  • Develop and optimize landing pages focused on conversion and user experience (UX/UI)
  • Create and adapt advertising assets for various formats and sizes, ensuring visual consistency
  • Produce motion graphics elements for ads and digital creatives to add dynamism and engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing and copy teams to ensure consistency in visual communication
  • Monitor design trends and innovations in the digital market to keep our creatives up to date
  • Ensure that all materials comply with platform guidelines and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on digital marketing and paid advertising
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience creating materials for digital media
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and After Effects (desirable)
  • Proficient in Figma for UI/UX design and collaborative workflows
  • Knowledge of UX/UI for developing and optimizing landing pages
  • Experience in motion graphics for ads is a significant advantage
  • Advanced proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus
  • Creativity, innovation, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
