About the role

  • Create impactful visual designs for paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.
  • Develop and optimize landing pages with a focus on conversion and user experience (UX/UI).
  • Create and adapt advertising assets for various formats and sizes, ensuring visual consistency.
  • Produce motion graphics elements for ads and digital creatives to add dynamism and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and copywriting teams to ensure coherence in visual communication.
  • Monitor design trends and innovations in the digital market to keep our creatives up to date.
  • Ensure that created materials comply with platform guidelines and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on digital marketing and paid advertising.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience creating materials for digital media.
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and After Effects (After Effects preferred).
  • Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and collaborative workflows.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI for the development and optimization of landing pages.
  • Experience in motion graphics for ads is a significant advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
