About the role

  • Client Onboarding: Lead kickoff calls, collect business objectives, and ensure technical access is complete.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct intent-based keyword research, clustering, and funnel alignment.
  • Content Briefings: Prepare SEO blog briefs and landing page outlines for writers based on keyword strategy.
  • Off-Page Briefings: Provide backlink teams with detailed outreach and domain targeting strategies.
  • Audits: Conduct in-depth technical, content, and backlink audits with clear action points and benchmarks.
  • Competitor Analysis: Run gap analysis, benchmarking, and SERP reviews to position clients against top industry competitors.
  • Implementation: Coordinate with dev/content teams to ensure SEO recommendations are correctly implemented.
  • SENTR Campaign Management: Document all actions, monitor progress, update statuses, and track deadlines inside our internal CRM.
  • Direct Contact: Be the main point of contact for your portfolio of SEO clients.
  • Lead monthly calls, send weekly updates, and respond to client queries within agreed SLAs.
  • Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and align strategy to meet performance goals.
  • Maintain high satisfaction and retention through clear communication and transparent delivery.
  • Monthly Reports: Prepare results-driven reports showing organic traffic growth, keyword improvements, and key wins.
  • Provide clear narratives with insights and next steps aligned to the client’s business goals.
  • Track KPIs such as visibility, CTR, bounce rate, and conversion trends, using tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, and Looker Studio.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in an SEO-focused role, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link building best practices.
  • Experience managing SEO campaigns end-to-end, including keyword research, audits, reporting, and briefing content.
  • Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
  • Demonstrated success in conducting and implementing technical/content/off-page audits.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to turn data into actionable strategy.
  • Highly organized and process-oriented, able to manage multiple accounts using SENTR or similar CRM/task management tools.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Advanced English and Spanish are required.
