About the role

  • Manage and optimize omnichannel performance campaigns.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and align paid media strategies.
  • Develop detailed media plans that define target audiences, budgets, channels, and key performance indicators.
  • Launch and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum performance.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests across platforms to identify optimal creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Continuously monitor performance, implement A/B testing learnings, and produce comprehensive reports to demonstrate ROI/ROAS.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of driving performance campaigns with clear ROI/ROAS results.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, with hands-on experience in TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic channels.
  • Experience managing the full campaign lifecycle — from client onboarding and media planning to execution, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated success setting up and interpreting A/B tests to improve performance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in CRM systems, specifically SENTR.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and reporting skills in both languages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a proactive and collaborative approach.
