About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage daily and strategic operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or Speech-Language Pathology
  • Supervise personnel in inpatient and/or outpatient settings
  • Serve as liaison between Ambulatory Services and other departments
  • Partner with physician leaders to plan, develop, market, and evaluate department activities
  • Support the mission and strategic objectives of the rehabilitation program
  • Identify and pursue gainful opportunities and ventures for Ambulatory Services
  • Provide care appropriate to the patient population according to applicable policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology preferred
  • Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Advanced analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills for effective leadership
  • Ability to work cooperatively with medical staff and administration
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification required from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or National Safety Council
  • Ability to provide care appropriate to the patient population and follow applicable policies and procedures
