About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage daily and strategic operations of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or Speech-Language Pathology
- Supervise personnel in inpatient and/or outpatient settings
- Serve as liaison between Ambulatory Services and other departments
- Partner with physician leaders to plan, develop, market, and evaluate department activities
- Support the mission and strategic objectives of the rehabilitation program
- Identify and pursue gainful opportunities and ventures for Ambulatory Services
- Provide care appropriate to the patient population according to applicable policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred
- Advanced analytical, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills for effective leadership
- Ability to work cooperatively with medical staff and administration
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification required from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or National Safety Council
- Ability to provide care appropriate to the patient population and follow applicable policies and procedures
