About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assists with patient care related responsibilities as directed by the clinician, including preparing supplies/materials for treatment sessions.
- Assists with rooming and performs in-clinic check out and scheduling to enhance patient experience.
- Monitors the daily schedule, including management of appointments and wait lists.
- Inventories, orders, and ensures that the supplies and equipment are adequate.
- Cleans treatment areas, equipment, and materials after each session.
- Manages telephone calls and documents information appropriately.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) preferred.
- Previous experience in a pediatric healthcare environment preferred or relevant education.
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/National Safety Council required.
