Requirements

What you’ll need

Epic Cogito certification required
Additional certification in Clarity, Caboodle, Clinical Data Model or Access Data Model strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Management Information Systems or related field required or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Cogito BI Developer or similar role
Experience in healthcare business intelligence and analytics preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to lead and influence stakeholders to drive better outcomes using data
Extensive knowledge of business and healthcare processes and the structure and content of the data they generate
Ability to translate business/clinical needs into detailed requirements
