Neonatal Database Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead initiatives focused on data collection, submission and quality improvement
- Oversee the collection and submission of timely, accurate data to the CHND, Vermont Oxford Network, and other databases
- Manage the team of Clinical Data Coordinators
- Partner with the Neonatal Director of Quality in providing data reports that facilitate understanding of neonatal data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Registered Nurse with Bachelor's Degree
- Active nursing license in State of Minnesota
- Minimum 5 years in clinical health care role required, experience in a Level III/IV NICU required
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of patient privacy and healthcare industry issues, e.g. HIPAA, and knowledge of neonatal patient care practices
