About the role
- partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to design, build, test, and support Epic Patient Experience capabilities
- focus on MyChart and other patient-facing workflows
- configure and validate patient communications, questionnaires, consents and confidentiality workflows, welcome/onboarding experiences, and related billing-facing touchpoints
- gather requirements and translate them into build
- support integrated testing and go-live readiness
- ensure high-quality, consistent patient-facing content across impacted workstreams
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in hospital/clinic healthcare setting
- experience supporting an EHR, related applications, and integrated workflows
- experience with software application tools used for application build and data manipulation
- bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a related area may substitute for degree
