Manager, Reward and People Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end people operations processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with relevant legislation. Coach and support the HR Administrator.
- Manage the monthly payroll process for all locations, working closely with Finance and external payroll providers and responding to queries, escalating as appropriate.
- Manage immigration and relocation, partnering with external providers and acting as the first point of contact for relocation queries.
- Support and guidance for relocatees, working with external relocation advisors, being the face of relocation support for any questions.
- Manage and support relevant compliance and audit processes.
- Lead the administration and continuous improvement of HR systems related to payroll and benefits.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on reward policies and people operations procedures.
- Analyse data and produce reports on reward metrics and people operations trends.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in managing payroll and people operations activities within a complex organisation, preferably in philanthropy or non-profit sectors.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits, employment law, and best practices in People operations.
- Proactive with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in HR information systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach with a proven track record of driving process improvements and innovation.

Comp & perks- Annual leave - 25 days per annum. Increasing by 1 day after each year of service to a maximum of 30 days.
