People Operations

• Manage end-to-end people operations processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with relevant legislation. Coach and support the HR Administrator.
• Manage the monthly payroll process for all locations, working closely with Finance and external payroll providers and responding to queries, escalating as appropriate.
• Manage immigration and relocation, partnering with external providers and acting as the first point of contact for relocation queries.
• Support and guidance for relocatees, working with external relocation advisors, being the face of relocation support for any questions.
• Manage and support relevant compliance and audit processes.
• Lead the administration and continuous improvement of HR systems related to payroll and benefits.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on reward policies and people operations procedures.
• Analyse data and produce reports on reward metrics and people operations trends.
