About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Works in partnership with department leaders to provide program direction and management.
- Develops and oversees functional area or system programs to meet the needs of patients, families, and community served.
- Coordinates and oversees all aspects of care for families whose babies are diagnosed with medical concerns before birth.
- Partners with physician and administrative leadership to develop a family-centered fetal care program.
- Works closely with multidisciplinary teams responsible for referrals and coordination of maternal-fetal and pediatric specialty visits.
- Develops workflows, policies, and referral pathways; monitors volumes, outcomes, and patient experience.
- Establishes meaningful metrics and communicates program progress to support accountability and strategic decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 year of experience coordinating small or department programs
- 1 year of experience in a professional working environment
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate field
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience using EPIC and EPIC SlicerDicer highly preferred
- May require reliable transportation for travel between maternal fetal care sites (MFMs) up to 10-15% of the time
- Demonstrated success in program development, project planning, and project management
- Ability to multitask, balance multiple priorities, and work independently and within teams
