Affiliate Manager

• You’ll lead a team of Parent Partners—mentors with lived experience—to support families referred by the Iowa Department of Human Services through the Children & Families of Iowa statewide program.
• Recruit, develop, and retain Parent Partners
• Lead and manage teams to ensure program goals and contractual guidelines are met
• Oversee weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly responsibilities for program success
• Ensure monthly clinical collaboration meetings for Parent Partners to address clinical issues and improve service quality
• Drive within assigned counties and collaborate with team members to maintain smooth program operations
• Submit timely and accurate reports to keep the program running effectively

Parent Partner Coordinator

• Oversee Parent Partner Program across Iowa
• Recruit, train, and support Parent Partners
• Assign referrals, provide 1:1 coaching, and facilitate monthly team meetings
• Ensure compliance with program guidelines, documentation, and data entry
• Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with HHS and other community partners at meetings and events
• Mentor Parent Partners and strengthen family connections
