About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, shaping organisational strategy, operating model evolution and culture
- Develop and execute financial strategies that support organisational goals and sustainability
- Provide strategic financial advice, planning, forecasting, and performance insights to leadership

- Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, donor, and reporting obligations
- Maintain strong governance frameworks and audit oversight
- Lead enterprise risk, fraud and anti-corruption controls
- Serve as Company Secretary, maintaining statutory compliance
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
- Build financial capability across the organisation through coaching
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced driving transformation, building finance functions and operating within a high accountability environment
- Comfortable taking a hands-on approach and operating at a strategic level
- Seeking growth, excited about moving into a Director role
- Ready to run a finance function end-to-end
- Motivated by building and scaling
- Innovative, resilient and able to keep things on track in a fast-moving, purpose-driven organisation
- Open to leaders from commercial, corporate or not-for-profit backgrounds
