About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of LSD MSLs
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and set objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate level degree (PharmD., M.D., D.O, PhD, MS or equivalent)
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry as an MSL for at least 5 years
  • Leadership or management experience within field medical affairs for 1-2 years
  • Knowledge and experience in interpreting and adhering to FDA regulations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written, verbal, and face-to-face communications
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Adobe, etc.
