Intern – Financial Planning & Analysis
Chiesi GroupIntern assisting in financial planning and analysis within Chiesi's Global Finance team. Gaining experience in corporate finance processes and supporting reporting and budgeting activities.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-level guidance as well as operational support to Affiliate Finance teams concerning the main financial processes
- Liaise mainly with the Region and Country staff
- Support to Monthly Closing & Reporting
- Assist in preparing regional monthly reports and performance dashboards
- Perform first level variance analyses (Actual vs Plan vs Forecast)
- Contribute to Budget, Forecast and Long‑Range Plan cycles
- Assist in building ad‑hoc analyses and KPIs to track performance
- Collaborate on continuous improvement of FP&A processes and tools
- Interact with Country Finance teams and support finance‑related projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Management Engineering
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial statements
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with planning and reporting tools (a plus)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- An study experience abroad will be considered a plus
- Analytical mindset
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Attention to detail
