Project Manager

• Lead the orchestration of company-wide, large scale programs and the Global Project Management Office reporting to the Senior Vice President Chief Transformation Officer
• Generate alignment on and communicate a clear vision of project objectives and motivate project teams
• Define, communicate and update integrated, cross-functional project plans and clear governance for project management
• Clarify assignments and deliverables for involved functions and team members
• Analyze risks, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, review quality of work and integrate deliverables
• Manage stakeholder relationships including internal and external clients and keep stakeholders informed
• Identify scope changes and manage reassessment of scope, budget and timeline with stakeholders
• Track project progression and communicate status against milestones and budget baseline
• Promote project management culture, lean processes and ensure adherence to project governance
• Develop and implement project portfolio management strategies, ensure balanced resource allocation and ongoing monitoring to align portfolio with strategic objectives
• Foster relationships with departments to ensure cohesive investment strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory changes and best practices
